At VXR Moto, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Refund Request Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery date and time shown by the shipping carrier.

Requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, customers must:

  • Contact VXR Moto within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.

  • Include their order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.

  • Keep all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Approved Refund Reasons

Refunds may be approved for:

  • Products that arrive damaged during shipping.

  • Incorrect items sent by VXR Moto.

  • Manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the product.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests submitted after the 24-hour deadline.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance.

  • Buyer remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

  • Products that have been installed, altered, or used beyond initial inspection.

Fraud Prevention

VXR Moto reserves the right to deny any refund request that contains false, misleading, altered, or insufficient evidence. We may request additional photos, videos, or information before making a final decision.

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We're riders too, and we believe in treating customers fairly. If there's a legitimate issue with your order, we'll work with you to make it right. We simply ask that claims are submitted honestly and within the required 24-hour inspection period.
