All VXR Moto sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the mistake was made by us. If you receive the wrong item, a defective product, or an incorrect shipment from VXR Moto, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Returns will not be accepted for incorrect fitment, change of mind, improper installation, or damaged/used products. Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before ordering. By placing an order with VXR Moto, you agree to this return policy.
