Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Orders are processed through Shopify Checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Product Fitment
VXR Moto parts are engineered for specific e-moto models listed on each product page. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your bike before ordering. We are not liable for parts ordered for incorrect models.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the mistake was made by us. If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact motovxr@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our full return policy on the FAQ page.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and typically arrive within 4-7 business days. Tracking is emailed once your order ships. VXR Moto is not responsible for carrier delays.
Product Use
VXR Moto parts are aftermarket performance products. Installation and riding carry inherent risk. You assume all responsibility for proper installation and safe operation of your e-moto.
